Welcome to Royalink. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, platform features, and loyalty program management tools (collectively, the “Services”). By using Royalink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. Use of Services
Royalink provides businesses with tools to create and manage QR code-based customer loyalty programs. By using our Services, you agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful business purposes;
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws;
- Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities;
- Not misuse or attempt to access the system in an unauthorized way.
2. Loyalty Program Content and QR Codes
You are solely responsible for the content you upload to your loyalty campaigns, including reward details, product information, terms of redemption, and QR code placements. You agree that:
- All loyalty campaign content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
- Rewards offered must be honored as per the terms set by you.
3. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Royalink, including our software, are the intellectual property of Royalink and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without prior written consent.
- QR code and campaign data generated by your use of our platform remain your property, but Royalink reserves the right to use anonymized data for service improvement and analytics.
4. Payments and Fees
Certain features may be offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing:
- You agree to pay the applicable fees as per the selected plan
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We may change pricing with prior notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to premium features.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
- You breach these Terms;
- We are required to do so by law;
- Your activities are harmful to the platform or other users.
You may also terminate your account by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to all campaign data will be removed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royalink shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
- Any loss of data, business opportunities, or profits;
- Any disputes between businesses and their customers.
Use of our platform is at your own risk.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala.
